Hey!Hey, I’m CB, the photographer and creative behind CBArchiveVisuals.
Photography started as more than just picking up a camera it became my way of preserving moments that people can look back on for years to come. That’s where the idea behind “Archive” comes from. Every photo tells a story, captures an emotion, or freezes a memory that deserves to live on long after the moment has passed.
Based in Charleston, South Carolina, I specialize in portraits, concerts, nightlife, branding, lifestyle, and event photography. Whether I’m documenting the energy of a live performance, creating content for an artist, or helping someone celebrate a milestone, my goal is always the same to create images that feel authentic, cinematic, and timeless.
CBArchiveVisuals is more than a photography business to me it’s a brand built around preserving memories, documenting milestones, and creating visuals that stand the test of time. My vision is to build an archive of stories through my lens, one client, one event, and one unforgettable moment at a time.

CBArchiveVisuals Booking Policies
Booking & Retainers
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all bookings. Your session date and time are not reserved until the retainer has been received. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. One complimentary reschedule is permitted based on availability. Additional reschedule requests may require a new retainer.
Retainers are non-refundable in the event of cancellations or no-shows.
Late Arrival Policy
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session. A 15-minute grace period will be provided. Arrivals beyond this window may result in a shortened session or cancellation without a refund, depending on scheduling availability.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend your scheduled session without prior communication will be considered a no-show. No-shows forfeit all payments made and will require a new booking and retainer for future services.
Image Delivery
Final edited images will be delivered within the estimated turnaround time discussed at booking. Delivery times may vary depending on workload, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, but every effort will be made to meet the agreed timeline.
Editing Policy
Every image delivered reflects the creative vision and editing style of CBArchiveVisuals. Extensive alterations, body modifications, or additional edits beyond the original agreement may be subject to additional fees.
Raw, unedited images are not released under any circumstances.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for arriving prepared, dressed appropriately, and bringing any requested props or wardrobe changes. im not responsible for missed images due to client tardiness, lack of preparation, or failure to follow agreed session guidelines.
Weather Policy
For outdoor sessions, weather conditions will be monitored closely. If severe weather makes the session unsafe or negatively impacts image quality, the session will be rescheduled at no additional charge.
Creative Direction
Clients are encouraged to share inspiration before the session. However, all final creative decisions including posing, lighting, composition, and editing remain at the discretion of me to ensure consistent quality and artistic integrity.
Image Usage
CBArchiveVisuals retains the copyright to all images unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Clients receive personal-use rights for the delivered photographs. Commercial use, resale, publication, or alteration of images requires prior written permission.
Respect & Professionalism
A respectful environment is expected throughout the entire booking process. Harassment, disrespectful behavior, inappropriate conduct, or unsafe conditions will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund.
Payment Policy
Accepted payment methods will be discussed during booking. Outstanding balances must be paid before final images are delivered.
Agreement
Booking a session with CBArchiveVisuals confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies. These guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience for every client.
